Voicemail Troubleshooting

I can't access my voicemail

Try these solutions: 1) Ensure you have network coverage, 2) Restart your phone, 3) Check if call barring is enabled, 4) Contact Three to ensure voicemail is activated on your account, 5) Try accessing from another phone using the remote number.

I've forgotten my voicemail PIN

You'll need to reset your PIN. Contact Three customer service at 333 from your Three phone or 077 8620 3123 from any phone. They will verify your identity and help you reset your PIN.

Callers can't leave messages

This could be because: 1) Your mailbox is full, 2) Voicemail isn't set up properly, 3) Call divert settings are incorrect. Check your mailbox capacity and ensure call divert is set to voicemail when unanswered.

I'm not receiving message alerts

Check that: 1) Notification settings are enabled in your voicemail, 2) Your phone isn't blocking texts from short numbers, 3) You have sufficient signal, 4) Your text message inbox isn't full.
